
Quentin is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. Soon after graduating from engineering school, he started to live on travels. He discovered Yoga in India living in a traditional ashram and experienced the depth of meditation in Nepal, sitting in silence in a Vipassana retreat center. He keeps sitting and serving in different Vipassana meditation courses, with the support of a daily yoga practice. Since he became a certified Yoga teacher, he aimes to share the bliss of a peaceful mind with others. Inspired by his meditations, he began to write and published his first book in 2024.
